    I'm not receiving emails

    Hi, I use the program Thunderbird to receive my emails, but today I opened the form and I just receive some emails sent by it, and there are some emails that i didn't receive, and it's very important because I use this form on my store.

    What can be happening?

    Hi there!

    First of, can I ask what embed method did you use to share the form on your web page?

    When sharing your form on a webpage, this guide is a good starting point

    Once you have selected the embedding method, simply look for the guide on this page and follow the instructions.

    Once you have correctly embedded the form on the page, these are some good tips to make sure that you always receive your e-mail notifications:


    Please whitelist our Jotmails ip addresses or ask your email service provider to do it for you.

    Also, a good suggestion would be to set the sender address to noreply@jotform.com  on your form notifications.

    I changed the sender email to noreply@jotform.com and it worked, but i need to put the user email on the sender email, what should I do?

    Please add Jotmails IP Address to your server whitelist and revert back the Sender Email to Email Field and see if you can't receive notifications.

    Also, you can set your form notifications "Reply-to Email" to Email Field so you can be able to reply directly from your mail account to your form sender.
