Is there a tool that takes the Jotform output, plugs the output into an uploaded PDF with editable fields, and then emails the edited PDF back to the

I’m using Jotform to create a user application form on a webpage. I want the output to be plugged into an uploaded PDF with editable fields and then the edited PDF to be emailed back to the client.

Do you know of a plugin that can do this, any relevant web tool (preference for open source), or do you offer this functionality on Jotform?
