Login problems

    I am having a problem in that when I go to https://www.jotform.com, it first appears that I am already logged in, but I am not. I have to refresh the screen then I am at the non-logged in screen, then can log in.

    This is probably happening because your session expired and/or you logout but your browser still kept the session cookie stored. I suggest you try to clear the cache of the non-working browser or use the incognito/private browsing mode.

    Additionally, check if you have any internet connection issues as well as extensions, plugin or add-ons in your browser that may be blocking JotForm resources.
