    Hi,

We made an order form for our website which allowed customers to process their order through our website. This included providing things like credit card details so we can charge them for their orders. Our account got suspended and after doing some research I found this might be against your terms of service.

Is there a way to still collect this data wihtout it being agains the terms and considered as phising?

If you would reactivate our account we will adjust the form accordingly (the account is registered under izikelka@gmail.com)

    Thanks

Upon review of your account it was found form:

http://www.jotform.us/form/81546188578169 was indeed collecting credit card information on plain text fields. This is not allowed. Nor the upload of pictures of cards' front and back.

We recommend you to have your customers call in with that information or fax/email it to you.

The Formbuilder offers only payment integration and authorization tools, that would not allow you to see the credit card information submitted. Please refrain from requesting this information.

We have implemented the tools that will clear your forms from any doubt of violation of terms, when requesting Banking information, which is another payment option:

Here are some widgets you can add to the form (signature fields):

    http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

You can also add this Terms of use widget (for the agreement)

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/scrollable_text

Your account is active and your forms available.

    Thank you
