Is there any way to print out the form to see how it looks?

I'm wanting to present it at a meeting to see if it has everything that they want on it.

You can add a "Print Form" button with your "Submit" button, so you can print a hard copy of your form in a PDF file, as you can see in the screencast below:

 Is there any way before publishing the file? I just want the committee to see the fields I have and check to see if they want to change anything before sending it out.

Alternatively you can go to the "My Forms" page, select your form and click on "Create PDF Form" as shown by the image below:

You'll get an interactive PDF file of your form, however I recommend that you check the PDF document, since some fields may be incompatible with the printable version of form and end up getting printed incorrectly.

Please also note that Create PDF form feature has some supported fields limitations. You can check the full list here: JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points

I can suggest to use the Print button feature, which my colleague has already described. You can temporarily place additional print button on top of your form and print out unfilled form. As I previously tested, this was the only acceptable option.
