Non-profit discount

hello I registered for jotform using the non-profit link, I never received the non-profit approval to get discounts for using the paid plan.

If yes, what's the account and email you used when you submit your nonprofit application? We couldn't find anything related to uniqkid.org or under your username uniqkid.
