Filled Form not Showing in Submissions and Email Notifications

    Good day

    I have a potential customer who has completed one of my forms 3 times - twice using her phone and once using her PC.  And it is just not coming through to me - or showing on the submissions.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I see that you have multiple forms with JotForm. Please provide the URL of the form and a link to a website where it is embedded so we can assist you further.

    Thank you for providing additional information. Your form is configured correctly. I have checked and the email for the notification on your form is not our bounce list. 

    I have filled the form and send a test submission, the form seems to be working fine on my end. I have failed to recreate the issue.

    I recommend the clearing form and browser cache and then asking the user to fill the form again.
