Will current date and time will always show as Sydney time?

I also have a general question in regards to the CURRENT date and time, which works well in Sydney. Will that show as Sydney time all over the world (including Adelaide, Darwin, Perth) or will it always - automatically - show the local time?

The current date and time will reflect the time where the form was filled. It grabs the current time of the computer from where it was viewed / loaded.
