Last night a client tried to make a payment using the paypal widget embedded in our jotform, but received an error message that said PCI:: Internal Error.
I received an email from jotform that just said:
Payment form
Enter amount
So it did not show the client's name or address or anything. Could it be that she just submitted everything but the amount? Or maybe she added a $ in front of the amount? Or would it be some other problem?
I looked at the submissions and it just showed the ID number, submission date and IP address - no name or physical address.

I have checked your form and found the mail log with the missing entries in the submission.
It seems that the user may have not entered any amount and just sent the Form as you have not set the Payment Field to required.
Could you set the payment required to On and let us know if the issue still remains.
Thank you.

Ok, I'll try that. I've been using the form for over a year and had 100's of submissions, but this is the first person who ever reported getting that error.
