My emails are being sent to the wrong address?!

    Hi guys,

    I've created two forms for a website for a client - however no matter how many times I change the email address on the email alerts they keep on seding to my address - not my clients!

    Please help me

    Hi,

    Please make sure that the ff: are properly setup on your Notificaiton E-mail.

    1. use an actual e-mail address on Sender E-mail box. You can use noreply@jotform.com

    2. Make sure the value of Recipient E-mail box is the correct target e-mail address

     

    Can you also tell us the e-mail address you are not getting the notification? We will check.

    Thanks - I've got everything set up right.

    The emails need to go to david@immigrationbureau.com - at the moment they are heading to brains@zombiemedia.co.uk

    Frustrating :/

    Are you perhaps just using the Test E-mail button in the Notification e-mail? If you do this it will always only send email to brains@zombiemedia.co.uk as this is the form's owner account email.

    You have to do an actual form submission to be able to send the notification message to the target recipient e-mail address.

    I checked your form email alerts and found 3 notification setup -- all 3 are using E-mail in the sender box (try using noreply@jotform.com) ,

    the 1st one have duncan@zombiemedia.co.uk in the recipient e-mail box -- change this to david@immigrationbureau.com

    Try updating the form as suggested. Inform us if the issue persist.

    I will do - I've used the forms with the new settings - I just need the client to confirm this has worked.
