I can not find the Thank You tab when using the Card form layout

I can not find the Thank you tab. The thank you is can only be edited at the end of the form, but it does not allow me to add any field on it, or after the than you.

Please advise.

When using the Card Forms layout, the thank you page settings can be found at the bottom of the form:

It is a bit hidden, especially when editing longer forms.
