Submissions: unable to access uploaded document

I am unable to access the uploaded documents in one of our forms. Every time I attempt to open one of the document links, I get an error message  stating the following:  "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." I am getting this error message when I try to open the uploaded document directly from the pdf attachment, the email transmission and from the jotform website submissions.  My IT staff checked my computer and the functionality is up to date and functional on my end, so I am wondering if the damage to the files is occuring at the time of upload or submission.

The uploaded file seems to be broken, that is why you're getting "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

The file uploaded by the user may have been corrupted or the file itself is corrupted.

Here is a link to an article on the web- https://www.stellarinfo.com/support/kb/index.php/article/repair-pdf-file

May I suggest telling the user to upload again his file and make sure it is working.

Let us know if the issue still remains.

    Thank you.

It isn’t one document that I am unable to access. It is 10 separate submissions and multiple documents per submission. And they are from different people, so it isn’t possible that it is the end user.
