Why am I receiving a warning that I am almost out of upload space above my forms?

Free or Starter plan are only allowed to have a maximum of 100mb upload space. Your account currently has 82.12mb. Once you reached your upload space limit, you will get an error when trying to upload attachments to your form.

I understand that part of the warning. What I am not familiar with is WHERE those uploads are located? I only have 3 forms currently in my account. The rest are under a shared folder that has zero limit. If they are showing up on the back end somewhere, can you please advise how I might move them?

Upon checking, it shows that the upload file was from this form http://www.jotform.us/form/81617250664154. However, there's no upload field in the form and there's no submissions yet. Seems to be a bug on that form.

Are you still using that form? If not, can you please remove it and let us know so we can check if the upload count will be reset?

I prepared this form by making a duplicate from an old form. Getting ready to use this for an event coming up. Can you please assist me in understanding what the possible bug may be? The invitation will be going out on Thursday, so the sooner I can resolve this, the better.

Hi,

Upon further checking the form :81237036264150 whose owner is marcwade file uploads were residing in your account.

I have moved the file uploads of the above said form to the correct owner i.e marcwade and now your uploads is 0 kB.

Can you please help? Do I need to move this form under the shared MARC folder to help alleviate this issue? Please advise.

I can see that your account is now overlimit because of submissions received. It is allowed to receive up to 100 form submissions for free accounts: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

If you are a sub user of a paid account, you can transfer a form into a shared folder, so it inherited limits of it, or to upgrade your account. We can also do this per your request. 

There is another option. To earn some extra monthly submissions for your forms. Please check our Get More page.
