Table with different fields

I have used Configuration List to create a table and set minimum and maximum rows to 5 according to my requirement but I face one problem that is when I add a new row the values in this new row remains the same as in the first rows.

I want to change the columns values in each row.

I have attached a screenshot that clarifies my problem. As highlighted circles with different colors in the screenshot, I want to change the values of columns (1) Day, (2) Time and (3) Time Slots in each row.

How can I change values?
