Hi,
We are planning to hold a couple of information seminars.
We will be advertising these to the community, but would like people to register to attend so we get an idea of numbers.
There will be no charge for the event.
Do you have a form that could be used as the basis of this or do we need to find specific online systems for this?

Yes, we definitely have forms for that which you can clone in the form templates page.
Example: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/simple-event-registration-form
You can search more at https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/
You can also build the form from scratch in the form builder. It's super easy.
If you need further assistance, let us know here.

PlatinumHCReplied on June 23, 2018 at 4:05 AMHi,
Thanks for a prompt response.
I did see those templates, but I’m more concerned about getting the details in a simple database or spreadsheet.
Is that possible?
Or, like other forms is each submission in a separate PDF?
Kind regards,
Len Schoof
