File upload: Uploaded images are showing partially in submissions page.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    We're suddenly (never before has this happened) having an issue viewing some (not all) of the pics that clients attach to certain Jot Forms they submit to us. This is very urgent and needs to be corrected ASAP. 

    Again this have never been an issue before and it's not on all of the forms, just some and it just started happening yesterday. 

    Sometimes it does take a moment for the photos to load but, now, certain ones are not loading at all. ???????

    We use Google Chrome and already tried changing browsers.

    Should we provide any instructions on the forms as to why types of photo files to upload or, is that already provided?

    I was able to replicate this issue with images not showing:

    But images are working, I mean, you can download them. 

    I will consult our backend team for further checking of this issue.

    Also, how are you downloading them? 

    I tried and we can't download them. ???

    UPDATE: So now, when I click on You can edit this submission  

    I can now see the images- I wasn't able to view them earlier. 

    BUT- it WON'T let me download them. 

    Help!

    We were informed that this issue should be fixed now. Please check the uploaded files and let us know if the problem persists.

    Thank you! We are still having difficulties viewing images in the Jotform submissions. We ARE able to view a few of the recent submissions sent to us today but... when we go back a few days, the same ones we couldn't view, are still NOT viewable now. 

    Please have the backend team look into this again ASAP.

    I was able to reproduce the issue. I've tried viewing your old submissions and it only loads the 1st top entry. Not sure if it's trying to load the rest, but it's really taking a long time. 

    Let me submit a ticket to our L2 team for further investigation. We will let you know via this thread once we have updates.
