How can I redirect users to the same page they filled out the form after submission?

    Hi There,

    I want to use my jotform to collect a message for a gift card when someone purchases something.

    How do I redirect the jotform to go back to the webpage that they started on once they have completed the jotform .

    My image is the button that I have linked to my jotform.   "Gift Card Message"

    Hello Michelle - You can configure this on your THANK YOU PAGE settings. From there, select the REDIRECT TO EXTERNAL LINK option, then paste the URL where you want your users to be redirected after submission.
