Wordpress: I embeded a form but its not working when submitted

the submission says please wait and will not succeed on all three forms

There is an issue with used embedding method. You may try the following options:

1) Use a standard embed code for a self-hosted Wordpress version, see the next guide.

Adding Forms to Wordpress.org Version

or

2) Install a JotForm oEmbed Wordpress plugin.

When the oEmbed widget is installed, this is possible to embed forms by adding their URLs.
