How to reset form email notification template

    Hi there,

    I am still experiencing the same problem regarding information completed by sender, not reaching me!

    Client y completes the form by answering all the questions. However, only parts of this information reaches me. I can, fortunately, only retrieve all the information via the JotForm inbox, which is great but, defeats the purpose!

    I ideally would want to receive the completed form via the mail forwarders I have set, and not having to log into Jotform.

    Pls assist!!

    This is usually happening when the form email template is outdated. The solution is to re-create the email notification:

    1) Delete current email notification

    2) Add a new email notification

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
