    The conditions stopped working

Asked by MainstreetMusicals on February 25, 2011 at 04:01 PM

I have made a pretty extensive questionnaire and the conditions were working just fine a couple of days ago - since then - none of them are working.

Example - on the second page question #2 is set up that if it is answered no another field appears asking the user to explain.

This happens many times throughout and none of them are working now.

When I make a new form with new conditions I don't have the issue.

I would rather not have to recreate the whole form again :(

    Please help Thank you.

I checked your form and indeed the conditions are not working on your form page. You do have a long list of conditions so I understand why you don't want to recreate them again.

I have checked your form and found out that there is one condition that has an error.  This is what causing for all conditions not to function properly.

Simply delete this condition for your form will run properly.

If you are still experiencing problems, please don't hesitate to ask us.  Thanks.

Oooh okay... Would that give the grounds to ask for a little exclamation mark to pop up in some corner of the editor, when an error in the conditions is found? Maybe even a "conditions with errors" list too, but I know that's too much to ask for with a free account:)

Hi, When Ever you have conditions with error, it will be shown in the condition wizard. When you see the Saved Conditions

Any how, Your Request seems worth implementing. I will open a feature request ticket for you.

    Thank you.
