Typeform does this and I'm wondering if Jotform does as well. This is so I can create a quiz and score the answers. Thanks!

Yes, Jotform allows Quiz forms.
Here's how I will make a quiz form that might help you:
1. First, if you want to only allow 1 answer for each question, I suggest that you place a radio button.
2. Now we will assign calculation values on the checkbox/radio button field. You can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value.
Below is an example where my questions are answerable by true or false, I will then assign a value of "1" for the correct answer, to give 1 point, while 0 for the incorrect answer.
3. Now we will use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the score. You can learn more about this in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget.
Here you can see that I use a formula, to sum up, all the values in questions 1 to 5. You can use the math operations here and use the "Add Field" button get the values of the other fields.
4. If you do not wish to display the score to your user without submitting the form, then simply hide it:
5. Now in the "Thank You" page, you can use the calculated score to display the score of the user.
