Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    I am not getting the completed form by email, as I usually do.  I've used this two previous years, and this year, its just not coming to me?  Any hints?  I tested it myself this am, and it didn't come through.  Also tried to log in, but forgot my password, and it didn't email me on that either.

    I have checked the email recipient addresses in your form and I can see the emails are sending without any problem. You may also check this on your end following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    I would recommend you to kindly check your spam/junk folder since the emails may have ended up there, if you find them, please mark them as not spam in order to receive future emails in your inbox folder. 

    Also, you may try switching between the senders, please try using noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com, you will find that setting under the settings tab of the builder, emails section and editing the email template, go to the advanced tab and try switching the sender there.
