How can I dynamically add a group of questions to a form?

First off let me say I am loving this tool!  But I am having difficulty with a couple of things and I am sure it is a training issue.  I have a form that you guys created for me that asks questions one at a time using cards.  But I have some questions that ask several questions for each person in the household.  I cannot figure out how I can set a loop to go through these questions for each person needed.  How can I do that?  I also have individual questions where I could have zero to many responses.  Is there a way to allow an answer to be added to a table of responses?

I have two forms in my account and you can look at the one I created that does not use cards to get an idea of what I need.

You can use the Multi-Line Question Tool in order to have multiple fields in one card.

After that, you can just duplicate that card by right-clicking the field and selecting the "Duplicate" option.

We also have a widget called Configurable List. For more details, please check this guide: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget.

You can also check the Infinite List widget. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
