I have used my three free payments, and I'm still able to use my form...

... but now it says "upgrade now". I can still accept payments though. Can I continue to use my form without upgrading? I can collect payments in person, if the form can no longer accept payments -- but I just tested it and it took my payment! So, I'm not sure what the requirements are :)

Hi Emily, the account that you used to post this message is under a Silver plan subscription, this means that your account can receive 100 payments per month through form submissions. If you have a Free Account, then all your forms will be temporaly disabled after you exceed the 3 payment limits. Your forms will only be enabled after you upgrade your account or wait for the next month when all monthly limits reset (except the storage space limit that never resets).
