Getting functionality of long form into card template form.

I am redoing a gift certificate form using a card version template for product buying.

I have a functioning Gift Certificate form. URL below.

I want to give the new gift certificate form the same functionality as my current one.

* User picks amounts

* Authorize.net is the payment gateway

* Submit button makes them put in credit card info. 

I think I solved the user picks amount part. I don't see how to add authorize.net on the new template. It makes you go to paypal.

The Submit button doesn't have payment information. 

Can you help me with these three parts to my payment issue.

To change the payment integration to Authorize.Net, just remove/delete the current payment field(PayPal) and replace it by adding Authorize.Net payment field from the payments Form Elements.
