We downgraded and lost signups after

    Hello,

My boss told me to downgrade our plan. Unfortunately, because we did so, we inadvertently made it so that we couldn't take any new signups. Because of this, we have lost a week or two of potential signups by the time we discovered this.

Is there any way at all that we can get this data? If we re-upgrade, will that help? Is the data still captured somewhere? After all, the message that all the signups are taken shows up AFTER the person fills out the form and submits it. What can we do please?

Can you please help us as soon as possible? This is a really big deal for us and I'm concerned my boss may fire me.

    Thanks for your help.

    Sincerely,

    Tom

I looked upon this but looks like you only received two (2) submissions through the donation form for this month. You can check your email history for the logs:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

Email History saves your last 1k outgoing emails for the account. If you receive multiple payments, you should also get an email about it, and if there's a payment, you should see the transactions on Authorize.net considering that the donation section is a required field.

You also have 161 Total Submissions for the account far from the 500 limit of the free plan which means our system didn't delete any of your form submissions.

The donation form from the webpage you shared is this http://www.jotform.us/form/81585203021143 (Donate to AIDFound and Reserve Your Billion Dollar Raffle Ticket! (Authorize.net)).

Please check again, and let us know if you need further assistance.

i'm sure i remember in the past seeing messages indicating we hit some limit which is why we upgraded in the first place. we've had thousands of visitors this past week, but not one single form filled out. can you please re-verify or get second pair of eyes on this? thanks.

    Hi,

I have checked your limits and it seems you didn't exceed your limits. As my colleague said, you have 161 submissions and limit is 500. There isn't any deleted submission. As you said, you cannot see submission before the user submits the form.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
