How do I integrate my square products into my form?

I ask a questions - yes or no - then they select.  Based on their selection, I need the cost entered into the my products.  I have created the products but I haven't been able to figure out how to connect them.  

Unfortunately, it is not possible to calculate by using the Appointment widget. Because that widget is not possible to include in calculations as a number, so selecting of options will not reflect calculations properly.

1) The only workaround I see is to create conditions that will calculate the price based on the selection in the Appointment widget, but for each selection, so that will mean that you will have to create that many conditions. For example:

2) So we are checking if July 15 is selected in the first Appointment widget and we're inserting 20 (as a price) into the calculation for that particular selection:

3) The above should be done for each selection in the widget (both of widgets). And finally summed in one calculation widget:

4) Then that price can be passed to payment field:
