I created a form with your system but it didn't work. I get a warning in the form of "Form did not pass status check". What can I do?

Sorry about that it appears that our phishing filter has mistakenly autosuspended your account,Upon further checking
I found nothing offensive about your form so I have re-activated your account. and you should be able to login to your JotForm account and access the forms.
