PDF form can not be converted with Fillable PDF Form Creator

    Can I take a PDF form I already have created and import it into jotform so I dont have to remake the form?

    Hello,

    If you have a fillable PDF, you can import it in JotForm using the following tool: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

    Please note that imported PDF form cannot be edited in form builder like you edit regular forms.

    Thanks Victoria. I tried this but failed when I tried (so not sure what could be the problem):

    As I have tested Convert PDF tool, it does not appear to work for me too. I will report this issue to our developers for further checking.

    Hello, we are sorry for our late response about this.

    You should be able to import your PDF's with the new PDF Editor. 

    Simply head to page: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator  and click "CREATE A FILLABLE PDF FORM" button.

    After that, you will have an option to import your existing fillable PDF form. Just click "IMPORT PDF FORM" and upload the PDF form you would like to use.

    However, in order to successfully import, the uploaded form should apply to the fillable PDF standards. (eg. having fillable fields)
