Can the Email Notification be sent based on selected option?

    Hello,

I'm wondering how advanced the logic in your forms can get...

I'd like to have various members of our staff emailed depending on which selection(s) a form user might make.

For example, if user selects option A in Section I, AND option A in Section II then the form is sent to person 1. If user selects option A in Section I AND option B in Section II then the form is sent to person 2. All emails, regardless of user selections, must copy person 3.

Can jotform do that type of thing? I hope I've described my needs clearly.

    Thanks!

That is possible to achieve with the conditional logic.

Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:

How to Send Email Based on User's Answer

so, you can create two Email Notifications inside of a form. The first email will be conditional and it will be sent to person 1 or person 2 depending on user's selection. The second email should not be conditional, so it can be always sent to person 3 when a form is submitted.

However, please note that this is possible to achieve only with pad accounts, because the Free accounts can create only one Email Notification, with one recipient email address or with one conditional email.
