How would I add an email address to have the form sent to automatically once it is filled out and submitted?

Hi,

You can follow the below steps to set up an notification email:

1. Please click Settings at the top of the Form Builder.

2. Next, click Emails on the left nav.

3. Then, click the + icon as shown in the screenshot:

Then, you will see this screen:

After this page coming up, you can set up notification email and preferably autoresponder email.
