    Hi Folks,

I have just created a new form for a customer: valley portable toilets  http://www.valleyportabletoilets.ca/fence-quote-form.htm) and the form does not show up as the visual preview in the jot form creator. actually, you see it 1.3 sec in the main view. The website is built with Xara web designer).

I have copied the embedded code in a place holder, like I have done with the other contact form from Jotform

    Please advice

next question is in the mobile version of the website I would like it to appear as in the preview from the jotform builder. How do I make that happen?

    All help is welcome!

The form does not show up as the visual preview in the JotForm creator.

Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Only the form will appear in the Preview Mode of the Form Builder. I suggest you check your website using a mobile responsive emulator like this website.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Please try adding the Mobile Responsive widget into your form. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.

If the issue persists, then please try removing the Script element below the iFrame code.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-81764567871976">...</iframe>
    <script type="text/javascript">...</script>
