404 not found when trying to download submitted PDF

Hello, I am getting a 404 error when trying to download this file from my submissions: Lighthouses in Iceland are Orange.PDF

Can you please assist with getting me access to this file?  Thanks.

It seems that file might not have been uploaded completely.  I checked to see if the file could be reuploaded and was unable to do so.  In this case, I would ask the user to upload the file again as it seems it cannot be recovered.
