How to prepopulate a form with URL values?

Hi

I have a form which on submission, redirects user to another form which is prepopulated based on values in the first form.

The redirect formula used is as follows:

https://form.jotform.me/81746136627462?tourCode={tourCode}&destination={destination}&name={name}&primaryEmail={primaryEmail}&tourStart[day]={tourStart[day]}&tourStart[month]={tourStart[month]}&tourStart[year]={tourStart[year]}&tourEnd[day]={tourEnd[day]}&tourEnd[month]={tourEnd[month]}&tourEnd[year]={tourEnd[year]}

I have consciously retained same unique field names in both forms.

When I get redirected to the new form, the other values get populated correctly, but not dates.

I tried a lot to figure out the error myself, but finally gave up.

Can you find the error please.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I see the problem.

is incorrect

It should be:

https://form.jotform.me/81746136627462?tourCode={tourCode}&destination={destination}&name={name}&primaryEmail={primaryEmail}&tourStart[day]={tourStart:day}&tourStart[month]={tourStart:month}&tourStart[year]={tourStart:year}&tourEnd[day]={tourEnd:day}&tourEnd[month]={tourEnd:month}&tourEnd[year]={tourEnd:year}

Please try it once again.
