How can I get all columns for a question to show up clearly when viewed in a Mac and google chrome/safari browser (latest versions)

Asked by shyamala on November 25, 2012 at 05:01 PM

When we embedded the jotform questionnaire into our study website and viewed in on a Mac using google chrome/safari (latest versions), we could not see the entire part of the fourth column for this particular question.  All other questions were easily viewed.  There were no such issues when we viewed the questionnaire on a PC running windows 7 and using firefox.

Please see the uploaded screen shot.

We did increase the form width to 850, but that did not solve the problem.

We would very much appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

Try placing your form on your website within an iFrame to see if this helps to correct the issue.
