i try to upgrade account in account professional but i can't.
How can i do? site say :

You seem to have two active subscriptions to us. One is Premium Monthly and the other one is Professional Monthly. Can you please confirm if you'd like to cancel your premium subscription and stay on professional one? Please let us know so we can assist you further with this. Thanks!
