    Hi,

    That's possible by Injecting Custom CSS Codes to your form. Here's a more detailed guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/200-How-To-Remove-Sub-Fields-From-Full-Address-Field

    Feel free to message us again if you need further assistance about this. Thanks!

    I think this is what you only need, this will removed the State/Province box on the full address field:

    /* Hide State/Province */

    .form-address-table tbody > tr:first-child + tr + tr > td:first-child + td {display:none;}

    ------------------

    Yes, those in red text are just comments, you are free to removed them.

    So if you'd like to remove the first address line on the full address, just inject this CSS Code to your form.

    /* Hide Address Line 1 */

    .form-address-table tbody > tr:first-child {display:none;}

    If you'd like to remove only the second address line, use this.

    /* Hide Address Line 2 */

    .form-address-table tbody > tr:first-child + tr {display:none;}

    The comment is actually there so you just need to identify what CSS is needed to remove certain part of the full address field. http://pastie.org/5379817

    Do let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
