I recently cahnged my username and password and when I logged in all my forms have dissapeared. I tried to log in using my old password and username but it wouldn't let me log. Now, I can log in, but as I say, all my forms ahve gone. All the forms on my website are still working so they're obviuosly still on Jotform somewhere, it's just that I can't access them. Please help me!!!

Jotform "Account Settings" panel do not allow users to change username unfortunately. If users want their username to be changed they should ask for our assistance. Could you please tell me if you had asked such an assistance? If you did not, please try to tell me what you did while changing your username, therefore we can try to guess what might happened. Also could you please tell me if "ecomonitor" is your new or old username? In both cases could you please give me your old or new username and related e-mail addresses of them as well. Therefore I can forward your problem to our development team without any information leak.

You do not see your forms because you are not logged into your account currently. Please log into your farcanal account. You will see your forms.

I have tried to go into my "far....l" account but can't access it. I use far....l as my username (as I always have) and tried to reset my password but NO PASSWORD RESET EMAIL is ever sent to me. Is there any chance you guys at Jotform can reset the whole thing for me and send me the new user name and password or at least reset my password for far....l. Thanks

Did you try to write your user name "far...l" to the "Forgot Password" area. Maybe you are using the wrong email address, using username will prevent such mistake.
