How to Setup an Account with Multiple Users and Custom Email

    We are a school and are ready to sign up! Before we do...our question is, can we create a school account not in someone's name? We could create an email such as

    dcs-forms@discoveryk8.org We would set up the account with the school credit card and can provide an employee email as backup.

    Another question: can forms be shared from another user to this user and then basically owned by this account? 

    As soon as we get a response we will start the process of creating an account.

    Yes, it is possible to create an account with a custom school email: dcs-forms@discoveryk8.org and a setup the account name as the school name. On the signup page: https://www.jotform.com/signup

    Add username: "SchoolName"

    Email: "School Email" in this case: dcs-forms@discoveryk8.org

    The school credit card can be used to make payments on the package you select on the billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Providing Employee Email as back up will not be possible as sign up only accepts one Email as the primary email. Using the Employee email as the primary email is okay.

    Yes, forms can be shared between the account you already have set up and the new school account. There are three ways to do this:

    Option 1: Share forms with the new account by setting it up as a sub-account of the old account. But with this setup, the old account will be the main account, while the new account is the sub-account receiving shared forms.

    Option 2: Inform us so we can transfer ownership of all the forms from your old account to the new one. And then you can set up the old account as a sub-account of the new account.

    Option 3: Inform us so we can change the account username, email and billing credentials of the old account. This way, you don't have to create a new account but simply make changes to the setup of the old account.
