I have trouble with the conditions tool. I am trying to set up rules and the form keeps messing up what to show/what to not show even though the rules are properly set. What could be the error?
Saved condition number 1 states that IF field 1 equls to YES and field 2 equals to "Private" then the following fields should not be shown: 23,25,26,27 etc.
I have also set up another rule (last one) wich states that if field 1 equals to NO and field 2 equals to "Private" then the following fields should not be shown: 23,25,26,27 etc.
The problem is, that once I create the latter rule the first rule gets somehow messed up and it will show fields 23-27 although it is not supposed to.
My goal is to create a "smart" form that will not show irrelevant questions to customers. A private customer should not have to fill out questions related to a company and vice-versa.
Thank you in advance

First of all, we apologize for the delay. However, I've cloned your form and made some workaround on it. Can you please take a look at this form if I did it correctly and let us know if you need further assistance?
If you like what I did, feel free to clone and used.

thanks for getting back to me. However the above mentioned questions now wont show at all. I need them to show in case the client selects NO for number 1 and Corporate for number 2.
Basically if the client selects YES on question 1, then he should get the limited questionnaire - the currently set form by you is okay.
But in case He selects NO on question 1 and then goes on to select Corporate on question 2, then I will need to have all the forms uploaded.
I am looking forward for your reply

Unfortunately it is still not quite good. Example: I click on NO on questions 1 and then "Private" on question 2, the questions related to corporate accounts are still there.

So far so good, althoug there are some field which needs to be shown if 1st question is selected as NO.
I will import the form and play around, hopefully with some results this time over. Thank you very much for your help!

It is unfortunately not what I was looking for. Now the error practically reversed, because I need fields 17,18,19,24 and 20 to show if questions 1 is selected as NO and questions 2 is selected as "PRIVATE". I do not need the other fields, which asre related to corporate stuff in this case which are: 21,22,23,25,26,27,28,29
Seems like a mess, but in my head it is really simple: If someone is a new client and wants a personal account, then only personal questions should be asked, and if someone is a new client and wants a corporate account then personal + corporate questions should be asked.

How about this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23312264510945
I have modified your conditions to look like this;
I do hope this accomplish what you wanted.
- loyalbankltdAnswered on November 27, 2012 at 06:27 AM
Now if you check it, once you click on 1. NO, 2. Corporate, the fields 17,18,19,24 disappear, as well, but I need them. It seems like the system does not differentiate between "ALL or ANY" in the proper way.
I am looking forward for your reply. If there is any other workaround I would be happy to try that, I really need to get this working.

Additionally, if you click on NO on question 1, then the fields 9 and 15 should not appear at all, reagrdless what the selection for question number 2 is.

Please re-check the form again, http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23312264510945?. I have modified it a little.

Please check it, it is not working properly at all now. still the fields are missing for personal details, and the coproate part is messed up entirely if the customer has already an account.

Can you please check take a look at this form now?

It is still not working properly.

I am sorry about that. May I ask if which part of the condition isn't working properly?

Hi, I checked your form conditions and found no rule combination for 1. NO and 2. Corporate -- that supposedly doing this "Now if you check it, once you click on 1. NO, 2. Corporate, the fields 17,18,19,24 "
And this rule
"Additionally, if you click on NO on question 1, then the fields 9 and 15 should not appear at all, reagrdless what the selection for question number 2 is." is a conflict to the 1 + 2 combination -- so, most likely if you add all this rule it will not work.
May I suggest you try to scratch the "multiple upload" condition and make use of this guide -How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry to simplify the HIDE actions.
Please try this method also if you like. Inform us if this is not viable for you.
I will make a test using your form also and give you an update later of the result.
