i am trying to downgrade but can't

    after logging in i click pricing 

    i choose downgrade to free plan

    it redirects me to plimus

    i enter my username ( not the email address of the username )

    and the correct password.

    it reports invalid username and password


    i checked my caps lock key and attempted multiple times

    I do apologize for this inconvenience. I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription and you have been downgraded back a free account as of today. As for your login trouble I'm sorry for that issue but since that is a login problem you will need to contact Plimus as that can only be resolved through them.
