How do I keep people who respond to a survey anonymous and then allow them to complete the same survey a second time?

I would like people to anonymously complete an online survey (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23299010988967) prior to an event. I would then like them to anonymously complete the same survey after the event. I need to then be able to compare their answers from before and after. How can I do that?

By default your forms are automatically set to " No Check " which basically means that people can fill your form out, remain anonymous, and send you multiple submissions at the same time unless you change that or request other informatives that would delegate otherwise.

Now on the other hand if you'd like to automatically hint to them that they can fill out the same survey form again you can do this by setting the form to automatically redirect them back to the form again which is similar to a refresh. Please take a look at this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23195578885977 for a demo so that you can see how it works to better understand it. You can then refer to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission on how to customize it that way if this is something you like.

Additionally in a similar respective way, you can just customize the thank you message with a message to your users who fill out your survey telling them that they are more then welcome to fill out the form again after displaying the thank you message along with a link that they can click on if you want to do it that way as well. You can see a demo of this version found here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23304694387965.

Thank you! One more question...since they're anonymous, how do I know if they have completed it a second time?

Hi, as previously mentioned already by our colleague Deygus, you will have to at least provide questions that will allow the responder to provide the non-anonymous information.

If you set the Unique submission to ON, then redirect the responder after submission to another form that will ask them for relevant info/data, then you will know that it is the second time.

You can integrate the form also to google spreadsheet, and auto filter the IP Address column to find out who submitted the form more than once using same IP.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
