Can you tell us which form you are referring to?

    Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

I tried to download submissions for "Little shop of horrors registration form 2". And it worked fine.

    For example:

Then I opened the zip file. And the contents are there:

Yes but if you choose a specific name and try to download their individual pdf you get an error message. It seems to be happening to all my forms.

I noticed you are located in the UK. But you have unchecked the European datacenter option in your profile settings.

You should enable this setting. There's a good chance it will solve your problem.

Also if you don't you will be storing your data in the US. And as far as I'm aware with GDPR regulation that isn't permitted. GDPR regulation protects customers data in throughout Europe.

You can read more about it here: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/

I was unable to reproduce the problem with form 73134704455353

I could download the single PDF and open it:

Can you give me the exact steps to reproduce the problem? Ideally I will need the submission ID.
