PDF Download: Operation failed error

I'm trying to download pdf of submission on jotform but get "operation failed" error message.

I tried to download submissions for "Little shop of horrors registration form 2". And it worked fine.

Yes but if you choose a specific name and try to download their individual pdf you get an error message. It seems to be happening to all my forms.

I noticed you are located in the UK. But you have unchecked the European datacenter option in your profile settings.

You should enable this setting. There's a good chance it will solve your problem. 

Also if you don't you will be storing your data in the US. And as far as I'm aware with GDPR regulation that isn't permitted. GDPR regulation protects customers data in throughout Europe.

Actually it works for that form but when I try and download an individual form from: https://form.jotformeu.com/73134704455353 and some of the other forms i get the error message

Can you give me the exact steps to reproduce the problem? Ideally I will need the submission ID.
