Why am I experiencing trouble embedding a form using javascript?

I have been using the standard embed code (<script type="text/javascript" src=""></script>) for a form on a website for the past several months, and just recently received this error message when accessing the form:

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' )

I switched the embed code over to an iframe, and everything works fine now. Just curious, but why would I have experienced this problem in the first place?

    Hi,

This is just a temporary glitch that may happen sometimes due to conflicting issues with the new features added or a result of a fixes that have been done by our developers. Or, sometimes due to Jotform server loads.

Iframe would be the best solutions if such case will continue to happen in your embedded forms.

Please let us know if the issue will still occur so we can forward this to our developers.

    Thank you.
