I created a contact form which has radio buttons for different categories of subjects Ex.: Information, Comments, Add to our newsletter.
Can a radio button be tagged to a specefic e-mail address? Ex.: "Request Information" and "Comments" will be sent to more than one e-mail address simultaneously. 'Add to our newsletter" will be sent to a unique e-mail address.
I looked in "Conditions" but I'm not sure how to specify the parameters for each category.

We'll be glad to assist you.
Can you share the URL of your form or the form ID? You can also include the different conditions and actions that you would like to have set onyour form.
We'll wait for your response/

This is possible in JotForm.
You can also compose different email template and send it to different recipient base on the selected option -- i.e. Caegorie in radio option field. You can send to multiple recipient at once by separating the email addresses by comma(,) .
