Hello is there a issue with your server because client of mine made payment but never went to my paypal, and someone I refered and a complete different location had the same issue, so that leads me to believe it is from your end, if so you should update us if there is any issue from you end so we are not stressing or concern or not losing a client, we become depended on your forms to gain and retain clients because we assur them this absolutely secure manner of making payments for services we provide them see info below:

As I check the submission provided, it looks like submission was completed from the Incomplete submissions. Please be noted that the successful PayPal payments would return the Payer Info and other information to the form submission as shown below:
If the submission completed from the Incomplete submissions, the payment information will not be available. Please see the screenshot below:
You may also check with the user if the amount debited from their account for the transaction. Otherwise, you may ask them to submit the form again to make the payment.
