i am the web designer for many businesses who have jotform accounts.
one of the accounts i'm attached to has ME as the billing person (i set it up for them, with the understanding they would switch it up). the password has been changed, so i can't access the account.
can you please remove my billing info from the account?
i don't think they need premium at the moment.
also, i'm not exactly sure which account this is for!

I have now cancelled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay premium until the paid period expires which will be on 12-27-2012.
