All form submissions have disappeared and are inaccessible

    I hope this is a temporary issue, but am extremely worried due to the HIPAA servers, that data is inaccessible, but also won't be accessible to your engineers.

    No data for any of our forms are accessible right now.

    Hello,

    We apologize for any inconvenience. There was an issue with our HIPAA submission database server.  

    We received a response from our developers that the issue is resolved now. Can you please check if everything works properly on your end?
