QR Code reader widget: Not opening properly when viewed on mobile devices

    I am trying to set up a QR code reader in one of my forms to be used with hide/show logic. I inserted both QR Code Reader and Dynamic QR Codes on my Lenovo laptop (no camera) and neither open on my iPad. The QR code reader simply pops up with "The user denied the request to access the camera" and the Dynamic QR Code simply shows a blank box. I have checked the settings for Jotform as well as the browser everything seems to be fine. Any suggestions?

    I tested this issue on my iPhone, and I was able to replicate it. The form is showing blank in Chrome and I'm seeing a black box in Safari.

    I will forward this issue to our backend team for additional checking, we will inform you further via this thread.

    Unfortunately, there is no update yet. This issue has been assigned to a developer already, flagged as important.
