Trivia game or quiz where answers have a value, then get the total.

Hello, I need to create a trivia game or quiz, where answers have a value. For example, Answer 1, 5 points; Answer 2, 3 points, Answer 3, 0 points. And at the end of the form (5 or 6 questions) I get a calculation with the sum of all the values... 

Is that possible to do with a JotForm ??
